Website marktox.com is owned and operated by Rizmos Limited. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver every order. Please read it alongside our Refund and Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

Shipping Areas

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. Orders with shipping addresses outside our service area cannot be processed at checkout.

Order Cut-Off Time

Cut-off is 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before cut-off on a business day enter processing the same day. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on US public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Handling Time

2 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US public holidays.

Shipping Time

7 to 15 business days from the day your order leaves our facility, Monday through Friday.

Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

Combining handling and shipping, orders typically arrive within 9 to 18 business days from the date of order. Orders placed after the daily cut-off should add one business day.

Shipping Rates

Orders with a subtotal of $189 or more ship free within the contiguous US. Orders below $189 are charged a flat $7.90 shipping fee. The applicable rate is shown at checkout.

How Shipping Fees Are Calculated

Our shipping fee is a flat rate based on the order subtotal, not on package weight or destination. When your cart reaches the $189 threshold, the shipping charge is automatically removed at checkout. Promotional discounts are applied before shipping is calculated.

Shipping Carriers

We work with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Carrier assignment is based on the destination ZIP code and routing efficiency at the time of dispatch. A specific carrier cannot be guaranteed for individual orders.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number is sent the moment your order leaves our facility. Tracking data may take up to 24 hours to activate in the carrier’s system after the email arrives.

Tax

Two types of charges may apply to your order at the tax level. The first is sales tax, which is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination address and the rules that apply to that location, and is reflected in your order summary before payment. The second is potentially customs duties or import fees on cross-border shipments, which are imposed by US Customs and Border Protection rather than by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery if assessed. Most orders falling below the federal de minimis threshold are not charged customs duties.

Address Changes and Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. To correct an address, email contact@marktox.com as soon as possible with your order number. Address changes are only possible before the order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery Problems

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, first check with members of your household, your building’s front desk or mailroom, and your immediate neighbors. Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, email contact@marktox.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Items

For damaged packages, photograph the outer packaging and the affected item before unpacking further, then send the photos and your order number to contact@marktox.com within 7 days of delivery. For packages lost in transit, we open a formal carrier investigation on your behalf and, depending on the outcome, arrange a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Handling Charges

No separate handling charges are added. The shipping fee shown at checkout is the only fulfillment charge applied to your order.

Issue Resolution Time

Shipping issues are investigated and resolved within 5 to 7 business days from the moment you contact us. Cases that depend on a carrier investigation may take longer, in which case we keep you updated.

Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items

If a specific style, color, or size is temporarily unavailable from our suppliers and affects your order, we contact you within 2 business days with options to wait for restocking, swap to a similar item, or receive a full refund.

Delays Outside Our Control

Once the package leaves our facility, delivery timing depends on the carrier network. Severe weather, natural disasters, customs processing, carrier service disruptions, peak holiday volume, and other circumstances beyond our control can occasionally cause delays. Delivery dates affected by these factors are not guaranteed.
