We don’t like heavy legal jargon any more than you do. However, to keep this community running smoothly and to ensure you get your fresh gear without drama, we need some ground rules. Think of this page as the handshake agreement between you (the customer) and us (Los Sol LLC).
By visiting our website or picking up a hoodie, you agree to play by these rules.
The Basics (Definitions)
Just so we are clear on who is who:
- “We,” “Us,” “Our”: Refers to Marktox (and our parent company Los Sol LLC).
- “You”: Refers to the person visiting our site or buying our apparel.
- “Service”: Refers to our website, our designs, and our shopping platform.
1. The “Made-to-Order” Agreement
This is the most important part of our deal. Unlike big-box stores, we don’t have piles of pre-printed shirts gathering dust.
- Production: When you click “Buy,” we commission a custom print just for you.
- The 12-Hour Rule: Because our printing process starts quickly, you only have 12 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation or change. After that window closes, your order is locked in production and cannot be stopped. By purchasing, you explicitly agree to this timeline.
2. Accuracy of Product (Vibe vs. Reality)
We are obsessive about our designs, but there are physical limitations to digital printing.
- Colors: The screen on your phone emits light (RGB). The ink on our shirts absorbs light (CMYK). This means the colors you see on screen might be slightly more vibrant than the matte finish on the fabric. This is a feature of the printing method, not a defect.
- Sizing & Placement: Since we print on flexible fabric, please allow a standard industry tolerance of 1 inch for sizing measurements. Also, the graphic placement might vary slightly depending on whether you order a Small or a 3XL.
3. Intellectual Property (Respect the Art)
The graphics, logos, and designs on Marktox are our creative property.
- No Copycats: You are not allowed to scrape, copy, or reproduce our designs to sell on other platforms or print them yourself.
- Personal Use: You bought the hoodie to wear it, not to replicate it.
4. Pricing and Billing
- Immediate Capture: We charge your card or PayPal account at the moment of purchase, not when the item ships. This secures your blank garment in our production queue.
- Price Changes: Fashion moves fast. We reserve the right to change prices for our products without notice. (Don’t worry, we won’t change the price on an order you’ve already placed).
- Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse any order that looks like fraud (e.g., bot activity, stolen cards) or if we believe the customer is violating these terms.
5. User Conduct (Don’t Be That Guy)
We want a clean, safe vibe here. You agree NOT to:
- Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload viruses, worms, or malicious code to our site.
- Harass, abuse, or insult our support team. We are real people in San Francisco, and we treat everyone with respect—we expect the same in return.
6. Third-Party Links & Tools
We focus on design; we let the pros handle the rest.
- We use third-party partners for Payment (Stripe/PayPal), Printing, and Shipping (FedEx).
- When you leave our site (for example, to log into PayPal), you are subject to their terms, not ours. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these outside sites.
7. Limitation of Liability
This is the legal shield our lawyers insist on: Marktox and Los Sol LLC provide our service “as is.”
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount you paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable if a late shipment causes you to miss a birthday party or event.
8. Governing Law
We are proud to call the Bay Area home. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We might update these rules as our brand grows. You can always review the most current version on this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
