At Marktox, we believe checking out should be the easiest part of your shopping trip. We want you to feel confident and secure when you are ready to cop your new gear.

Here is the lowdown on how we handle payments, security, and billing.

1. How You Can Pay

To make things smooth, we partner with the two most trusted names in online payments: Stripe and PayPal.

• Credit & Debit Cards: We accept all major cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. These transactions are powered by Stripe, ensuring a fast and secure checkout.
• Digital Wallets: If you prefer not to type in your card details, you can checkout using PayPal. Just select the PayPal option, and you will be redirected to their secure site to log in and finalize the purchase.

Note: We keep it digital. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

2. When You Get Charged

Because every hoodie and tee is made-to-order, our production process kicks off the moment you confirm your order.

• Immediate Billing: Your card (or PayPal account) will be charged the total amount at the time you place the order.
• Why? This confirms your spot in our printing queue so we can buy the blank garment and start the printing process immediately.

3. Security (Keeping It Locked Down)

We take your data security seriously—no cutting corners.

• SSL Encryption: Our entire website is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You can verify this by checking for the little padlock icon in your browser’s address bar.
• We Don’t See Your Card: Marktox never stores or even sees your full credit card number. Your financial data goes directly to the banking processors (Stripe or PayPal), which use bank-grade encryption to keep it safe.

4. Taxes and Currency

• Currency: All prices on our site are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Sales Tax: We play by the rules. We don’t charge a flat tax fee. Instead, our system automatically calculates the exact sales tax required by your state and local government based on your shipping address. You will see the final tax amount clearly listed in your cart before you hit “Pay.”

5. Fraud Prevention

To protect our community from scammers, our system automatically screens orders for potential fraud (like if a billing address doesn’t match the card on file).

If an order gets flagged, we might hold it temporarily and reach out to you just to verify that it was really you who made the purchase. If we can’t verify it, we will cancel the order and refund the card to keep everyone safe.

6. Troubleshooting Payment Issues

If your card is declined, don’t panic. It is usually one of three things:

• Typo: Check your card number and billing address again.
• Bank Block: Sometimes banks block online purchases for security. Give them a quick call to authorize the transaction.
• Insufficient Funds: Check your balance.
