1. Orders & Shipping
Why is my order taking longer than Amazon?
Because we aren’t Amazon. We don’t pull dusty shirts off a warehouse shelf. Marktox operates on a Made-to-Order model. When you buy a hoodie, we print it fresh just for you.
- Production: Takes 2–4 business days to print and pack.
- Shipping: Takes another 6–8 business days via FedEx.
- Total Wait: Usually 8–12 business days. Good things take time.
Where is my tracking number?
Once your gear leaves the printer, we email you the tracking info instantly.
Pro Tip: If you click the link and it says “Label Created,” don’t stress. It just means FedEx hasn’t scanned the package at the depot yet. Give it 24 hours to update.

2. The Product (Fit & Feel)
Why does my new shirt smell like vinegar?
Open your package and catch a whiff of something sour? Don’t panic.
This is completely normal for fresh Direct-to-Garment (DTG) prints. It comes from a safe, water-based fixation agent we use to help the ink bond with the fabric fibers.
The Fix: It is not permanent. Just wash the shirt once (inside out, cold water), and the scent will vanish completely.
How do your hoodies fit?
Our gear generally runs true to size.
- If you like a standard fit, order your usual size.
- If you prefer that baggy, oversized streetwear look, size up one level.
Note: Since fabric is flexible, please allow a tolerance of about 1 inch in measurements.
How should I wash my Marktox gear?
To keep that graphic looking crisp for years:
- Flip the shirt inside out.
- Wash with cold water.
- Tumble dry low or (even better) hang dry.
- Never iron directly on the print.
3. Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Can I return it if I don’t like the vibe?
Yes, you have 30 days to decide.
- The item must be unworn and unwashed.
- Since we print this custom for you, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Once we get it back at our San Francisco office, we will refund you the item price.
My print looks crooked/damaged. What now?
If we messed up, we own it.
Snap a photo of the error and email it to contact@marktox.com. We will send you a brand-new replacement immediately for FREE. You don’t even need to mail the messed-up one back.

Do you have a physical store in San Francisco?
We are an online-only streetwear lab.
Our address on Matthew Ct is our HQ for operations and design, not a retail shop for browsing. Selling online lets us drop new designs faster without the overhead of a physical storefront.
