Welcome to Marktox. We believe in keeping things transparent. This page outlines the realities of buying printed apparel online so that we are all on the same page. By browsing our site and rocking our gear, you agree to the terms below.

1. Product Representation (The “Screen vs. Reality” Talk)

We work hard to make our product mockups look as close to the real thing as possible. However, there are physical realities to printing on fabric:

• Colors: The screen you are looking at uses light (RGB) to display colors, while our printers use ink (CMYK). This means the bright neon green you see on your phone might look slightly more matte or settled when printed on cotton. Minor color variations are normal and not considered a defect.
• Placement: Since every size from S to 3XL uses the same design file, the scale of the graphic might look slightly different depending on the size of the shirt you order.
• Sizing: Fabric is a flexible material. Measurements in our size guide are estimates. Please allow a standard industry tolerance of about 1 inch in any direction.

2. Health & Safety (Apparel Care & Sensitivity)

Since you are wearing our products on your skin, we want you to be comfortable.

• The “New Shirt” Scent: You might notice a slight vinegar-like scent or some off-white residue when you first unpack your hoodie. This is not mold or chemical damage. It is a completely safe, water-based fixation agent used to help the ink bond with the fabric fibers. It vanishes completely after the first wash.
• Washing: We strongly recommend washing your new gear inside out with cold water before wearing it. This ensures any pretreatment residue is gone and protects the print.
• Allergies: Our blanks are typically cotton or cotton/polyester blends. If you have severe skin sensitivities to certain synthetic blends or pre-treatment fluids, please check the material tag and wash thoroughly before use.

3. Shipping and Delivery Estimates

We give you our best guess based on current data, but we are not psychics.

• Estimates Only: The shipping timelines listed (Production + Transit) are estimates, not guaranteed contracts. Once we hand your package to FedEx, we cannot control weather delays, holiday backlogs, or driver errors.
• Risk of Loss: Our responsibility ends when the carrier scans the package. We are not liable for packages that are stolen from your porch after being marked “Delivered” by FedEx.

4. Limitation of Liability

We sell clothes, not life advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Los Sol LLC (and our team) shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Example: If your Marktox hoodie arrives late and you miss a themed party, we will refund the shipping if applicable, but we won’t pay for your emotional distress or the cost of the party ticket. Our liability is capped at the purchase price of the item.

5. Affiliate & Third-Party Disclosure

We focus on making our own gear, but occasionally we might link to other cool stuff.

• Transparency: If we ever use affiliate links in our blog or social media (meaning we get a small kickback if you buy something we recommend), we will explicitly say so. We only hype products we actually like.
• External Links: We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any outside websites we link to. Click with caution.

The fashion industry moves fast, and so do we. We may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes in our production partners or legal standards. If we make big changes, we will update the date at the top.
