Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Last Updated: January 06, 2026
Brand Name: Marktox
Operated by: Los Sol LLC

At Marktox, we are in the business of selling fresh streetwear, not your personal secrets. We respect your privacy and your control over your own data.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the specific right to tell us to stop selling your personal information. This page explains what that means and how to exercise your rights.

1. Your Rights Under CCPA

Living in California comes with some perks, and data privacy is one of them. Under the CCPA, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data is being collected about you.
  • Access that data.
  • Delete that data.
  • Opt-Out of the “sale” of your personal information.

2. What Does “Selling Information” Mean?

This part can be confusing because legal terms are weird. We do not exchange your name, phone number, or email address for money. We aren’t data brokers.

However, under California law, the definition of “selling” is incredibly broad. It can include sharing data with third-party partners (like advertising cookies or analytics tools) to help us show you relevant ads for our new hoodies. Because this technical data exchange could be considered a “sale” under strict legal definitions, we provide this opt-out link to be fully compliant and transparent with you.

3. Opt-Out Request for Personal Information Sharing

If you want to pull the plug on this type of data sharing, you have the right to say “Stop.”

To keep things secure and verifiable, we currently only accept opt-out requests via email. Please follow these simple steps:

  • Compose an Email to: contact@marktox.com
  • Subject Line: Please write exactly: “Do Not Sell My Info”.
  • Body of Email: Include your Full Name and the Email Address associated with your account or recent order.

You do not need to create an account to make this request.

4. Verification Process and Response Time

We can’t just take anyone’s word for it; we need to make sure it is actually you making the request to protect your account security.

  • Verification: Once we receive your email, we may reply to confirm you own the email address provided. We might match the info you send with our existing order records.
  • Response Time: We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days. We aim to complete the actual opt-out process within 15 days, but in complex cases, allowed by law, it may take up to 45 days. We will keep you posted.

5. Right to Non-Discrimination

We don’t play favorites. Exercising your privacy rights is your choice, and we respect that.

If you choose to opt-out, Marktox will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates.
  • Provide you with a lower quality of customer support.
  • Suggest that you will receive a different price or quality level.

Your hoodie costs the same, whether you share your data or not.

6. Important Notes

Please keep in mind that opting out of “sales” does not mean we delete your data entirely.

  • Service Providers: We still need to share your address with FedEx to deliver your package and with our payment processors (Stripe/PayPal) to handle the transaction. This is considered “necessary business capability” and is exempt from the opt-out rule.
  • Previous Transactions: Opting out applies to future data sharing. It does not affect sales completed before your request.
