Article 1: Our Return Philosophy & Timeframe
Our goal at Marktox is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns and refunds.

1.1. Return Window: You may initiate a return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
Article 2: Eligibility & Conditions

2.1. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, all returned products must be in new, unworn, and resalable condition. They must be free of any scuffs, stains, or signs of wear and must be returned in the original, undamaged shoebox.

2.2. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and any items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
Article 3: The Return Authorization Process
This process must be followed for all returns.

3.1. Initiate a Request: You must first contact our support team at contact@marktox.com to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

3.2. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a specific return shipping address located within the United States.

3.3. CRITICAL – Shipping Address: Under no circumstances should returns be sent to our corporate mailing address. It is not a receiving facility, and we are not liable for packages sent to an incorrect address. Only use the specific warehouse address provided with your RA number.
Article 4: Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will cover all costs for the return and will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
Article 5: Refund Protocol

5.1. Inspection: Upon receipt at our partner’s U.S. returns facility, all returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in Article 2.

5.2. Processing: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Article 6: Shipping Costs & Fees

6.1. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for general returns (e.g., preference, sizing issues).

6.2. Restocking Fee: Marktox does not charge any restocking fees on any approved return.
Article 7: Exchanges & Order Cancellations

7.1. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. The recommended procedure is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7.2. Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before they are transmitted to our fulfillment partner. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
