Shipping Policy
At Marktox, we know you want your new gear as soon as possible. But since we are creating your hoodies and tees fresh upon order (we don’t just grab dusty stock from a shelf), we want to be upfront about how our shipping works.
Here is the breakdown of when and how your package will arrive.
1. Where We Deliver
Right now, we are keeping things local to the mainland. We ship exclusively to street addresses within the Contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
To ensure FedEx can deliver your package without issues, we currently cannot ship to:
- Alaska and Hawaii.
- P.O. Boxes.
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Please make sure you use a standard residential or commercial address to avoid any delays.
2. Timelines: Production & Transit
Please remember that “Delivery Time” includes two steps: making your shirt and then driving it to you.
Step 1: Production & Handling (2–4 Days)
Because we print on demand, we need time to prep, print, and pack your order.
- Handling Time: 2 – 4 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Order Cut-Off: 04:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
- What this means: If you order before 4 PM PT on a Tuesday, we start working on it that day. If you order in the evening, it rolls over to the next morning’s queue.
Step 2: Shipping Transit (6–8 Days)
Once your package leaves our hands, FedEx takes over.
- Estimated Transit: 6 – 8 business days (Monday through Friday).
Total Wait: generally, you can expect to be wearing your new fit within 8 to 12 business days from the moment you click “Buy”.
3. Shipping Rates
We hate complicated shipping charts, so we kept our pricing strictly straightforward.
If your total order value is $199.00 or more, we cover the shipping cost completely—it’s FREE. For any order under $199.00, we charge a single flat fee of $7.99 to help cover the FedEx ground rates.
There are no surprise handling fees hidden at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
4. Sales Tax
We follow state laws strictly. We don’t charge a flat tax rate; instead, our system automatically calculates the exact sales tax required based on the specific zip code where the package is being delivered. You will see this exact amount itemized in your cart before you finalize the payment.
5. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your label is printed, we will send an automated email with your Tracking Number.
- Heads up: It often takes about 24 hours for the tracking link to update with the first scan. If you click it immediately and see “Label Created,” don’t worry—your package is just waiting for the FedEx pickup scan.
6. Address Accuracy
Our printing workflow is automated to be fast, which means we have a very short window to fix mistakes.
- If you realize you entered the wrong address, please email contact@marktox.com immediately.
- Once the order moves into the printing phase, we cannot change the destination. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Unexpected Delays
Sometimes, things happen outside of our control (like severe weather storms or FedEx operational backlogs). While we aim for the 6-8 day window, these external factors may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience in these rare cases.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
- Damaged/Misprinted: If your shirt arrives with a print error or damage, send us a photo.
- Lost: If tracking says “Delivered” but you can’t find it after 24 hours, let us know.
Resolution Promise: For any valid claim regarding lost or damaged items, our team will investigate and provide a resolution (either a full refund or a free replacement) within 5 – 7 business days.
