Article 1: General Shipping Commitment

Welcome to Marktox. We are committed to providing a clear, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for every order. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and rates.

Article 2: Processing & Shipping Timelines

Our total delivery timeframe is comprised of two distinct stages. All times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • 2.1. Order Processing Time: This is the time required for our U.S.-based fulfillment partners to receive, pick, and pack your order. This stage takes 2 to 4 business days. Our daily cut-off for orders is 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

  • 2.2. Shipping Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order is in transit with our carrier. This stage takes an estimated 5 to 7 business days.

  • 2.3. Total Estimated Delivery: Therefore, you can expect your order to arrive within a total of 7 to 11 business days from the date of purchase.

Article 3: Shipping Rates & Services

  • 3.1. Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • 3.2. Shipping Rates: We offer a simple flat-rate system for all domestic orders.

    • $7.99 Standard Shipping for all orders with a subtotal under $199.

    • Free Standard Shipping for all orders with a subtotal of $199 or more.

  • 3.3. Handling Fees: The shipping rates listed above are all-inclusive. We do not charge any separate handling fees.

Article 4: Tracking & Delivery Parameters

  • 4.1. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched from our partner’s facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number.

  • 4.2. Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the United States.

  • 4.3. Shipping Restrictions: Please provide a valid physical street address. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Article 5: Order Details & Customer Responsibilities

  • 5.1. Sales Tax: In compliance with U.S. laws, Marktox is required to collect applicable sales tax. The final tax amount is determined by your state and local regulations based on your shipping address and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • 5.2. Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost or delayed orders resulting from incorrect address information.

  • 5.3. Order Changes & Cancellations: If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. We can only accommodate these requests if the order has not yet been sent to our fulfillment partner for processing.

Should you encounter any problems with your delivery, such as a damaged or lost item, please contact our customer service team at contact@marktox.com.
