Marktox is the retail brand of RIZMOS LIMITED, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

We sell one thing: dresses for girls, sizes 2T through 6T, to customers in the United States, through this website only. We do not sell on marketplaces and we do not operate physical stores.

How we actually work

We think you should know how a shop like ours is put together, so here it is plainly.

We are a curated retailer, not a manufacturer. We do not own a factory. We select styles from a small number of apparel manufacturing partners in Asia, we set the specification we want them made to, and we sell them under our own name. Anyone who tells you otherwise about a shop this size is probably not being straight with you.

Orders ship from China. Our fulfilment partner dispatches from there. We say so on the product page, in the FAQ, and in the Shipping Policy, because you should know before you pay rather than after.

You will never pay duty on delivery. We import on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. All U.S. customs duty, import tax and carrier brokerage is settled by us before the parcel leaves. The total at checkout is the total.

Returns are handled in the United States. Nothing goes back across the Pacific. Our returns facility is at 700 E Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074.

What we take responsibility for

Accurate listings. The photographs show the item you receive. Fabric, construction and fit notes describe what is actually there. We do not publish claims we cannot stand behind.
Safety. Everything we sell is a children's product under U.S. law. The rules that apply, and what each one requires, are set out on our Product Safety and Compliance page.
Timelines we publish. Handling 2 to 3 business days, transit 8 to 15. If we cannot meet that, we email you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Returns that work. 30 days from delivery, no restocking fee, a real U.S. address, a person who answers.
Honest reviews. We do not write reviews, buy reviews, or delete reviews for being unflattering.

What we are not

We are a small operation selling a short list of dresses. We are not a heritage house, we were not founded by anyone famous, and we have no awards. We would rather say that than invent a story.
