This Disclaimer applies to www.marktox.com, operated by RIZMOS LIMITED ("Marktox", "we", "us"). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Color and Display Accuracy

Product photographs are taken of the actual item we sell, under controlled lighting, and are not digitally altered to change the product's color, texture, or proportions.

Even so, the color you see on your screen may differ from the item in hand. This is a limitation of display hardware, not of the product. Contributing factors include:

Monitor, phone, and tablet screens calibrate color differently
Screen brightness, night-mode filters, and color-profile settings
Ambient lighting in the room where you are viewing
Browser and operating-system color management

A shade difference between screen and product is not treated as a defect under our Refund and Returns Policy. It is, however, a valid reason for a standard return within the return window, provided the item meets the return conditions. 2. Sizing, Measurements, and Weight

Dimensions, weights, and sizing charts are provided as a guide. Manufacturing tolerances mean small variations occur between units of the same item. Where a measurement is taken flat, by hand, or as a batch average, the product page says so.

3. Product Use and Safety

Use every item only for its stated purpose and follow the instructions and care guidance supplied on the product page and with the product itself.

Read the enclosed instructions before first use.
Do not modify, repair, or repurpose a product beyond its intended use.
Keep small parts and packaging materials away from children and pets.
Discontinue use immediately if a product shows damage, wear, or malfunction.
Store products as directed on the packaging.

We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, use contrary to the supplied instructions, or continued use of a visibly damaged item.

3A. Child Safety

Please read this section before letting a child wear any item bought from us.

Adult supervision. Dress and undress a child under adult supervision. Check each garment before every wear for loose buttons, bows, beads, appliqués, or stitching.

Small parts. Some styles include buttons, bows, beads, or decorative trims. If a part comes loose, it can be a choking hazard for a young child. Stop using the garment immediately, keep the loose part away from children, and contact us at contact@marktox.com.

Not sleepwear. Unless a product page states expressly that an item is certified children's sleepwear, our dresses are day wear. They are not certified to the children's sleepwear flammability standards at 16 CFR Parts 1615 and 1616. Please do not dress a child in them to sleep.

Keep away from fire and heat. As with all clothing, keep children away from open flames, stoves, heaters, and other heat sources.

Size and fit. Choose a size using the measurements on the product page, not the age label alone. A garment that is too large can catch, trip, or tangle.

Packaging. Remove and dispose of all plastic packaging, tags, pins, and clips before a child handles the garment. Plastic bags are a suffocation hazard.

Laundering. Follow the care label. Washing outside those instructions can weaken the fabric and loosen trims.

Reporting a concern. If you have a safety concern about anything you have bought from us, email contact@marktox.com with "SAFETY" in the subject line. You may also report a product safety concern directly to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at www.SaferProducts.gov or by calling 1-800-638-2772.
