Your Right to Opt Out

RIZMOS LIMITED, trading as Marktox, does not sell your personal information for money.

However, like most online retailers, we work with advertising platforms that use cookies and similar technologies to measure our advertising and to show you relevant ads on other websites. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and under comparable laws in other states, this activity may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You have the right to opt out of it. Exercising this right is free, and it will not change the price you pay or the level of service you receive.

Who Can Use This Page

Residents of California — the right to opt out of sale and sharing under the CCPA/CPRA
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws — the right to opt out of targeted advertising and sale
Anyone else — we apply opt-out requests to all customers regardless of where they live

Three Ways to Opt Out

Option 1 — Global Privacy Control (fastest, no form)

We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser and apply it automatically. You do not need to do anything else. If you are signed in to an account when the signal is received, we apply the opt-out to your account as well.

Option 2 — Cookie Preferences

Use the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page on www.marktox.com and turn off Advertising and targeting cookies. This takes effect immediately for the browser you are using. Because the setting is stored in that browser, repeat it on each browser and device you use, and after clearing cookies.

Option 3 — Submit a Request to Us

Send an email to contact@marktox.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information", or complete the form on this page, including:

What Happens Next

No identity verification is required for an opt-out request. We ask only for enough information to locate your record. If we cannot match your request to a record, we will tell you and explain why, and we will still apply the opt-out to the browser session where possible.

What Opting Out Does and Does Not Do

It does:

Stop us disclosing your personal information to advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising
Stop advertising and targeting cookies on the browser where the setting is applied

It does not:

Stop you seeing ads. You will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.
Delete personal information we already hold. For that, use the deletion right in our Privacy Policy.
Stop transactional email about orders you have placed, such as order confirmations and tracking updates.
Stop us sharing information with service providers who need it to fulfill your order — for example payment processors, shipping carriers, and our hosting provider. That sharing is not a sale.
Unsubscribe you from marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or email contact@marktox.com.

Authorized Agents

An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you. We may contact you to confirm that you authorized the request.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, impose a penalty, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised this right. We do not offer financial incentives or loyalty programs in exchange for personal information.

If We Decline Your Request

We will tell you in writing why the request was declined. You may appeal by replying to that decision within 60 days with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We respond to appeals within 45 days with a written explanation. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state Attorney General.
